today me and my group managed to finish the posters we are going to put up around the schools. we also created smaller versions to hand and out to parents, with details about the event. also, we sorted out some prizes for each year group for 'the best costume'. lastly, we confirmed a date in a meeting we had with Mrs. Matthys Morris and Mrs. Veldman. the date is the 9th of December.
Mrs. Neal’s Biography: “I did my teaching course in 2014 and qualified as a teacher in 2015, I wanted to become a teacher because my mum was a teacher and I’ve always wanted to help people, I wanted to become a doctor at first but found out I had to go to university for 7 years and I didn’t want to do that. I was also learning history but I really didn’t want to waste my life on researching it. My main focus has been on creating environments where students can reach their maximum potential. I like to teach history and social science. I find being able to explain my thinking or seeing that other people can’t understand what I am saying hard. I like teaching most of the time as there are going to be days where you feel good than other days, I like teaching because it gives me a chance to help people and helps the next generation of students.
